North and South coasts easily accessible.
Welcome to our much loved family home, set in central Truro. It really is a short walk into the city centre with all of Truro’s amenities on your foot step from shops, bars and restaurants. There is also the delightful Boscawen Park and just a little further, beautiful Malpas which has the much appreciated Heron Inn pub. We’re on a private small mews road with private parking. The property boasts gorgeous Georgian features as well as the comforts of modern life.
A huge kitchen dining area, American fridge freezer with ice on hand for those warm evenings sitting out on the terrace or up in the back garden with Truro cathedral views. A stylish lounge to watch tv or just chill out. All bedrooms are a great size, and three have views of the cathedral, LED lights around the attic bed via remote control, bedside lights, desk, clothes rail and hair dryers available. We’re really lucky to have a gorgeous private large garden with patio which is delightful to sit out on in the afternoon to evening with clear views of the cathedral.
There is parking for one car plus a small car directly at the rear of the house, further parking can be found towards Boscawen Park. Truro centre is a short walk away, Waitrose, Sainsbury's & Tesco's all nearby. Both North and South coasts are easily accessible in 15 minutes drive.
To note:
We advise care going up the stairs to the rear garden. Young children and those who find steep stairs difficult should not attempt the back garden as the balustrade is awaiting repair. The front garden is a joy and has a beautiful balcony to sip your cocktail after a busy day out exploring.
All guests welcome from 8+ years as stairs at the top of the house to the attic bedroom are quite steep.
