Had a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend at Little Pie in the Sky... Ian, our host, is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A lovely spacious room with lots of history and charm... Don't expect double glazing, this is a very old building and has been respectfully decorated and furnished in keeping with its age and listed status. It was warm and cozy with a plentiful supply of towels, toiletries, and tea/coffee facilties. There is also a hairdryer in the room, so another thing less to pack. Ideally located in town, we had no problem getting long stay parking close by. We had seen online that Humble Pie & Mash had changed the look of their pies and had not got quite the full range of fillings that thay had previously, so we had been a little cautious with our expectations ... But we need not have worried, they were as scrummy as ever and we came away knowing we would continue to have days where we crave Humble Pie and Mash. Their puddings are great too, but definitely work up an appetite first, they don't skimp on the jam roly poly! 😋 Extra special mention has to go to the vouchers for the included pie meals... The design was a very fitting touch. 👌 Definitely recommend.
