Luxury lodging!
Having enjoyed the Lake District for years and now seeing our children enjoy it we wanted to be able to have a home from home. Our parents were also looking for a place to retreat too and enjoy some quality time together and take things a little slower. So we put the wheels in motion and came across White Cross Bay and it’s safe to say we have never looked back. Here you have modern lodges, with sleek furnishings and tasteful designs and excellent on site facilities including a swimming pool, a children's playground, the boating lake and a delightful bar and restaurant amongst other things. The location is also second to none, as it sits on the shore of Lake Windermere, so you are never short of a view. It really did capture us from the first visit. As a family and with friends we have enjoyed many a wonderful time here, smiles all round, and we are now opening up our home for others to enjoy the outdoors and some quality family / couple time in the luxury and comfort of these awe inspiring surroundings.
The lodge itself comfortably sleeps 6, with 1x main double bedroom, 2x single beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, plenty of space to feel relaxed and happy. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with sleek high standard fittings, the bathrooms and en suite offer a contemporary finish and both have showers and let’s not forget the most important feature...we have a spacious hot tub where you can while away the hours star gazing whilst sipping on something refreshing. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! All that is left to say is happy adventuring or happy relaxing!
