Baltic conditions for my annual wreath making today 🥶🥶... with not so much help from the animals! I absolutely love this time of year and dressing the cottages for Christmas... Just don't mention pine needles to me in January 🙈!

We have had a brilliant season and we are still going strong, welcoming lots of new guests as well as seeing some familiar friendly faces.
One of the highlights for us this year, was when Little Warham Cottage was used by Katie and her family the days before and after her wedding in Beaford. What a beautiful bride and what a perfect day it was for the happy couple ❤️.

How lucky are we to have the Globe as our local pub?! Huge congratulations to Jimi, Sam and staff for all of their hard work, this award is so well deserved. Our guests always rave about the pub, as do we!

After a busy festive period of welcoming guests, we are now busy planning for the year ahead, but thought it a nice opportunity to reflect and look back at some pictures from the Christmas period. The wreath making is a tradition that we love to do here, as well as gathering as many natural materials from around the gardens to dress the cottages.
For the first time this year we visited the 'Glow' at RHS Rosemoor, we would highly recommend a visit to any guests visiting in December/January, we absolutely loved it.
Really enjoyable wet, wild and very windy circular walk today around Baggy Point. Croyde Bay was spectacular with a few surfers braving the conditions.

We recently hosted a family celebration in the Wing at Warham. We hired a private chef for our group of 8 people.
We opted for the 7 course tasting menu. The food and service was outstanding, can highly recommend Wayne Pearson.
This is such a great option if you are looking to do something special during your stay. Also as many of the good restaurants have been so booked up this season, private dining is becoming a popular option. Here you are guaranteed to have the same quality of dining experience (if not better) in the comfort of your own holiday home.

We were lucky enough to watch this spectacular local event unfold.
The bonfire was supposed to take place last year on the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower sailing to America but was delayed because of the pandemic. | ITV News West Country
We had a really fun day at the Milky Way and a good option when you can't get to the beach. The staff were very Covid conscious, only letting limited numbers in, which was great as we never had to queue for rides. The park has something for everyone so gets a big thumbs up from us. Pre booking is essential - 45 minutes drive from Little Warham.
We are loving getting out and about this summer and sampling what some of North Devon has to offer. This day trip was to Watermouth Castle, llfracombe (50 mins drive from Little Warham).
We were actually really suprised how much there was to see and do. There was an enchanting mix of children's activities and nostalgic blasts from the past. It's pretty quirky, but takes you back to simpler times which we personally loved. It has beautiful terraced gardens tucked in to the valley, with something interesting to see around every corner. The water bomb firing catapult was one of the highlights for us.
It is a full day out so worth the entry free.
Great visit to Woolley Animals Farm Park today, only 10 minutes from Little Warham. A good three hour visit time for just £3.50pp. Lots of petting and feeding opportunities as well as Alpaca walking, goat milking, sheepdog demos and pony grooming. Great little coffee shop serving homemade cakes and Alpaca woolen goods as well as other nice little gifts.

Spectacular skies!
After two years of renovation the Wing at Warham is now complete and on sale. Its been a mammoth project, but we got there and are delighted with the end results.
We would like to say a special thank you to our family for their help and support in helping us complete the project.
We are now so excited and looking forward to receiving guests from 10th July 2021.
The Wing at Warham sleeps 8 and can also be booked alongside Little Warham Cottage to accommodate 12.
