Puzzel builds on 20 years of experience in developing innovative and reliable solutions for customer dialogue. We were among the first to develop a cloud-based contact center and have now expanded our solution to include a completely new customer contact platform with unique integration options and payment solutions. The puzzle can be customised to be used by anywhere from one to several thousand users - who can sit anywhere and work on any kind of device - and can seamlessly integrate with multiple applications to meet our customers' every need in today's multi-channel and mobile environments. Puzzle is one of a few multi-channel contact center solutions that brings together all the elements needed to respond to phones, emails, web chat inquiries and payment questions in one application. Puzzel has over 130 employees with a passion for innovative customer dialogue solutions for contact centers and mobile environments.
