A little bit about the positions:
- HEAD OF FINANCE
Head of Finance has the responsibility for the financial concerns of PEIB. He or she has to handle the budget, keeping track of invoices, record-keeping, financial reporting to SBIO etc.
I encourage people who values order and possesses good organizational skills to apply this position.
One will gain a better knowledge of the inner workings of the financials of a small organization, new connections and valuable experience in organizing as Head of Finance.
- HEAD OF EVENTS
Head of Events works closely with both Head of Finance and President. As the name indicates, the Head of Events’ main responsibility lie in the creation and implementation of
events.
Collecting ideas for and in the end creating events is the most important task of the Head of Events. Inviting, planning, booking of rooms etc. Other responsibilities are collaborations
with other societies and other collaborators to events (in cooperation with President). Head of Events should be extroverted, curious and open, not afraid of the unknown.
As Head of Events you will get new connections at school and possibly also outside of school, along with experience in planning events.
