The Highest Mountain on earth, Everest (8848m) has several names to different people. It is called Mt. Everest to the Westerners and Chomolungma to the Khumbu Sherpas and Tibetans, and to the Nepalese, it is called Sagarmatha. The Solukhumbu (Solu) region of Nepal where lies the Mt. Everest ( 8,848 m ) has been a magnet for travelers ever since its opening to foreigners in 1950.

Everest region is famous not only for its proximity to the world’s highest mountain but also for its Sherpa villages and monasteries with their virtually unchanged unique culture. Solukhumbu has received countless trekkers and mountaineers from all over the world. Solukhumbu has developed to a stage where many options are possible from a full-scale expedition with tents and porters to an independent trek using the local lodges. Sagarmatha National Park, established in 1976, covers much of this region. This fascinating land surrounded by high mountains is a real paradise for mountaineers & trekkers.

One can fly to Lukla from Kathmandu or drive to Jiri to get there. Trek from Jiri to Lukla is a classic trek and best way to acclimatize as well. Gokyo and the Everest Base Camp Trek are the two trekking routes where many people like to go.

6. Expenses for evacuation and rescue operations due to natural calamity, mishaps, injury or any health problem.

NOTE: Not more than 12 nights in trekking route and not more than 2 nights in Kathmandu shall be provided under any circumstances and nor shall be any accommodation be adjusted towards less nights being consumed either in trekking route or in Kathmandu.

Cancellation Policy:
1. 25 or more days before the date of departure: 20% of total cost
2. 18 – 24 days before the date of departure: 35% of total cost
3. 10 – 17 days before the date of departure: 50 % of total cost
4. Less than 10 days only Lukla Kathmandu return air ticket amount will return after airline cancellation charges.

Booking Terms & condition:
Payment should be clear before Trek started (100% payment should be paid).
All payments are required as per person as per trip.
15+ 1 Tour leader is given FOC, but there will be government fee charged.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Before 10 days of the trip 20% cancellation will be charged.
Cancellation Before less than 5 days no refund will be provided.

When a 7.8-magnitude earthquake shook Nepal at 11.56am on Saturday, 25 April 2015, a vast landslide fell off Langtang Lirung. It was as though an entire section of mountainside came off, bringing with it giant boulders, much of the glacier, and the entire frozen lake. An estimated 40 million tons of rock and ice was funnelled down the couloir, straight onto the village of Langtang. Around 9,000 people died during the Nepal earthquake. This tiny village in the Langtang Valley accounted for 243 of them: 175 villagers, 27 local tourism staff (guides and porters), and 41 foreign trekkers.

A new Langtang village is being built 100 metres above the ruins of the old one. The infrastructure exists for teahouse trekking again. Teahouses have been rebuilt, as have the trails, and there are regular deliveries of supplies. Despite the devastation, things in Langtang are getting back to normal.
