Day 1: Our guide will welcome you at Kathmandu airport (1345meters)and transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu . Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Full day Kathmandu valley tours
Day 3: Official formalities and briefing in Kathmandu.
Day 4: Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola (710m).
Day 5: Trek Soti Khola to Machha Khola (883m
Day 6: Machha Khola to Jagat (1410m).
Day 7: Jagat to Philim (1606m).
Day 8: Philim to Ghap (3200m).
Day 9: Ghap to Namrung (2670m).
Day 10: Namrung to Shya (3530m).
Day 11: Shya to Sama Gaon (3541m).
Day 12: Acclimatization and rest day at Samagaon.
Day 13:Samagaon to Manaslu Base Camp (4895m), back to Samagon.
Day 14: Repeat the trek from Samagaon to Manaslu Base Camp
Day 15: Base Camp Set up and prepare for climbing.
Day 16- 38: Climbing period of Manaslu Expedition.
Day 39: Manaslu Base Camp to Sama Gaon.
Day 40: Namrung to Philim.
Day 41: Philim to Machha Khola.
Day 42: Machha Khola to Soti Khola.
Day 43: Drive from Soti Khola to Kathmandu.
Day 44: Departure.

- Expedition Royalty and permit of Nepal Government to climb Manaslu
- Trekking Permit and TIMS card
- 4 nights hotel in Kathmandu on twin sharing BB basis.
- Liaison holde officer , One head Sardar/Guide.
- Cook and necessary kitchen staffand and required of Porters .
- 3 meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners with tea or coffee) along with available
- High Altitude Climbing Sherpa 1:1 ( Sherpa per clients /on your required ).
- Per person 40kg baggage allowance during trekking up carrying by porter or Yak
- All necessary climbing hardware gears. Camping and kitchen gears for both trek and climbing .
- Appropriate food for high altitude and all climbing crew at base camp and as above .
- Emergency Oxygen mask and regulator upon requirement of guest with reliable charge.
- Satellite phone carrying by Guide for communication and available for members with the cost of USD $5 per minute
- Portable Altitude Chamber for medical purposes.
- All tent for base camp with camp 1, 2, 3 ,4.
- Comprehensive medical kit.
- Sleeping bag & down jacket on request.
- All necessary paperwork, office Service charge and Government Taxes levied in Nepal
- All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurances for all staffs in the expedition
- Farewell Dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with domestic culture show in Kathmandu before departure.

- Lunch and Dinner during your stay in Kathmandu .
- Any packed food/snacks, drinks, energy drinks, mineral water, alcohol, ci******es, chocolates, nutria-bars or any other food consumed beyond the prescribed breakfast, lunch and dinner, etc.
- Items of personal nature, Laundry Expenses, Tips.
- Expenses incurred towards usage of landlines, mobiles, walkies,talkies or satellite phone and Internet expenses.
- Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Camera/Video Fees or Trekking Gears.

- Transportation is not on disposal basis. It is strictly as per the itinerary. Any extra distance traveled will be charged extra.
