Finally 23 days Dolpo Jomsom Trek has been successfully completed. We started trek from Dunai all the way to Phoksundo Lake and Medok Tingla (Fulbari) to Shey Gompa then to Namgong and Saldang. From Saldang we followed the wide and off road to Shimen, Tinje, Chharka and Mulungsumdo. The last part crossing the Jungbenla pass 5555m to Ghalden, Sangta and to Kagbeni.

In this trek we crossed along the lower Dolpa and lush vegetation of Shey Phoksundo national park. We passed through all the way to river valleys, gorges, stony and knee jerking steeps, Yasagunbu pasters and beautiful villages.
We visited age old ancient bon and buddhist monasteries.

We climbed the breath taking high passes Medok Tingla 5150m and entered to the Upper Dolpo's barren landscape and revered valleys. We crossed Sela Pass 5050m and indulged in Nangkhong valley.Furthermore crossing Komas La 4600m, Shimen La 4600m to Panzang valley. Continuing the Upper Panzang valley crossing the Mola 5100m we entered to the Chharka one of the highest human settlements in world.Then walking at elevation around 5000m and camping at Mulungsumna 5000m before Jungbela pass 5555m. A descent climb to Jungbenla pass 5555m and knee jerking descent from Sangda La 5200m to Ghok (Ghalden) and to Sangda. From Sangda we passed through five medow inloop and crossing Bhimalojung La 4400m we descent down to Kagbeni.
