1일차: 카두만두에서 2:10 분에 헬기 다고 출발해서 2:55 분에 루크라 무사히 도착 . 루크라에서 팍딩까지의 트레킹은 대개 약 3-4시간 정도 소요되며, 약 9킬로미터 정도의 거리를 길어서 팍딩 도착했습니다. 에베레스트 베이스 캠프로 향하는 많은 트레커들의 출발점이기도 합니다
