BREAKING RECORDS: REENA DEVI BECOMES FASTEST INDIAN WOMAN TO TRAVERSE EVEREST TO LHOTSE.

Reena Devi has achieved a remarkable feat, setting a new record as the fastest woman from India to traverse from Mt. Everest to Mt. Lhotse. She completed this incredible journey in just 20 hours and 45 minutes, breaking previous records and showcasing extraordinary endurance and determination.

Reena, accompanied by Pioneer Adventure Climbing Guide Lakpa Sherpa, summited Everest at 10:10 AM on May 21, 2024. She continued her expedition and successfully reached the summit of Lhotse at 6:55 AM on May 22, 2024. This achievement not only highlights her physical stamina but also her mental resilience in one of the most challenging environments on earth.

The traverse from Everest to Lhotse is considered one of the most demanding climbs due to the extreme altitude, treacherous conditions, and the need for exceptional technical climbing skills. Reena’s success in this endeavor is due to to her rigorous training, dedication, and the support of her team, particularly Lakpa Sherpa, whose expertise and guidance were invaluable.

ECSTATIC NEWS!!! - RECORD-BREAKING: DOUBLE DOUBLE ASCENTS OF EVEREST AND LHOTSE SPRING 2024.

Pioneer Adventure Expedition Team member Satyadeep Gupta from India has scaled both Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse not once but TWICE this spring season. This feat marks the first Double Double Ascent (Double dual ascent) of Mt. Everest & Mt. Lhotse in one season.

He reached Mt. Lhotse today May 26, 2024 @12:00 noon and Mt. Everest May 27, 2024 @ 12:45 AM (midnight). He was accompanied by climbing guides Pastemba Sherpa and Nima Ungdi Sherpa.

He had previously summited Mt. Everest on May 21, 2024 at 4:25 AM and Mt. Lhotse on May 22, 2024 @ 7:00 AM. He was accompanied by Pioneer Adventure guide Tenji Bhote.

He is the first person in the world to accomplish this double dual ascent.

He has also broken the record by being the first Indian to traverse from Mt. Everest to Mt. Lhotse in 11 hours and 15 Minutes.

FIRST INDIAN CIVILIAN TO SCALE MT. EVEREST WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN

Skalzang Rigzin has become the first Indian civilian to summit Mt. Everest without the use of supplemental oxygen.

On May 23, 2024, Skalzang summited Mt. Everest with Pioneer Adventure and Boots & Crampons Everest Spring Expedition team.

He had also summited Mt. Annapurna without the bottled oxygen in April 2022.
Scaling Everest without supplemental oxygen demands exceptional physical conditioning, mental resilience, meticulous acclimatization, and strategic planning.

Climbers face extreme hypoxia, cold, and psychological stress. This ultimate mountaineering challenge exemplifies human endurance.

ANOTHER HISTORIC SUMMIT! First Costa Rican woman to summit Mt. Everest!!!

Another historic summit achieved! We are thrilled to announce that Ligia Madrigal Moya, a distinguished member of the Pioneer Adventure Mt. Everest Expedition Spring 2024 Team, has become the first Costa Rican woman to successfully reach the summit of Mt. Everest. This remarkable accomplishment took place on May 23, 2024, marking a significant milestone not only for Ligia but also for Costa Rica.

Her successful ascent is a source of immense pride and inspiration, especially for the people of Costa Rica and women everywhere who aspire to achieve greatness against all odds.

RECORD-BREAKING MT. EVEREST AND LHOTSE SUMMIT!

Pioneer Adventure is stoked to announce our Everest and Lhotse Expedition team member Nangsal Choedon Lama has set a historic record. Nangsal has become the first Nepali woman to traverse from Everest Base Camp to the summit of Mt. Everest, onward to summit Mt. Lhotse, and back to Everest Base Camp in an astounding 47 hours.

She started from EBC on May 22 @ 4:02 am. She then summited Everest on May 23 @ 2:15 AM. She then summited Lhotse on May 23 @ 4:30 PM. She then returned and reached EBC on May 24 @ 3:00 AM

She was accompanied by Pioneer Adventure Climbing Guide Kusang Dorchi Sherpa.

Last year, Nangsal successfully summited Mt. Manaslu (real summit) with Pioneer Adventure. Her triumph on Manaslu inspired her to not only summit Everest, the highest mountain in the world, but also to attempt the formidable double summit of Everest and Lhotse.

Nangsal hails from the village of Samagaun, where she previously worked as a porter, carrying loads for climbers from around the globe. Her goals are to inspire the youth of her district, showing them that with opportunity and determination anyone can achieve their dreams and overcome their challenges.

Bhagwan Bhikoba Chawale (India) and Pemba Rinchin Sherpa (Nepal) summited at 9:30 A.M.

At 9:30 A.M. today, accompanied by our experienced guide Chakra Rai and the incredible support team at Pioneer Adventure, Jigme reached the peak of the world's highest mountain.
