Try this on a BBQ
Instructions:
1 Medium size Potato Grated
1 Medium size carrot Grated
1/4 onion finely chopped or grated
150-200g of mince beef or lamb
Use 3-4 teaspoons of Naaz Jalfarezi paste . (The more you use the more potent the flavour) You can also use Tiika or Tandoori on a Bbq too
Add fresh coriander (Optional)
Add salt to taste .
Mix well and roll into balls or patties
Cook at 180degrees in oven , on a bbq plate or in tandoor oven.
Garnish with lemon juice before serving (optional)
Can be served with yogurt Raita

Had the mother in law over for dinner so made the tandoori hot paste and she was very impressed with a delicious curry ... Thank you for a yummy curry paste it so easy to make and absolutely divine, best curries I have ever had :-)
