Independent Test Laboratories Limited (“ITL”) has been operating for 8 years and during that time we have experienced huge changes in the operating market.
After much consideration, ITL has completed the sale of its assets to Enphase Energy New Zealand (“Enphase”), a subsidiary of Enphase Energy, Inc., a global energy technology company. We want to thank you for your loyal custom and support over the years. We have greatly enjoyed working alongside you, both with development and compliance work on so many interesting projects.
As part of this acquisition, all testing equipment of ITL will be sold to Enphase and our staff will be employed by Enphase going forward. ITL will carry out all existing agreements with our customers for all current accepted quotes and work that has been booked into our schedule. You can be assured that:
• Work will be completed by the same current ITL staff, on the same equipment in our existing facility,
• Your company confidential information will continue to be managed as confidential information accessible only by the current ITL staff and protected by the NDAs we have signed with you,
• Your work will continue to be done using specific computers with access only to ITL network accounts,
• ITL customers’ products are not in conflict with any known Enphase products,
• ITL remains responsible to you for this work.
We acknowledge that the absence of the testing services ITL have been providing might be disruptive to some of you. As we wind down the ITL facility, some limited testing services may continue to be offered on a case-by-case basis, to provide support as you transition to alternative testing service providers.
