🏖️ Relaxation in Hawaii

“Our 6-year-old loved Kidzania, where kids try grown-up jobs.” It’s a must for families with kids aged 5-10. They can be firefighters, doctors, chefs, pilots, and more. It's a great way to learn and have fun at the same time. Tip: Make sure you book a Wednesday if you want some activities in English, and arrive early to avoid the crowds.

🌅 Day trip to Odaiba

Shelley from House of Travel Mount Maunganui, Papamoa & Tauranga Crossing went on an unforgettable Active Discovery trip from Basel to Amsterdam on the Rhine River. The “Active” part of the trip meant Shelley was able to partake in a few more optional tours that included E bike, Kayaking or longer walks. “The traditional sightseeing tours still lets you be as active or as in-active as you like”

Shelley was captivated by the river cruising experience as it’s a calm, exploratory and historical adventure. Viewing the beautiful architecture of Basel through to Amsterdam. 🏰 Painting sunflowers like Van Gogh was a real highlight for me, and I got to bring my creation home!

Booking a holiday yourself can be stressful enough as it is, let alone when mother nature hits. Dubai has unfortunately been hit by a brutal storm which has resulted in the airport being flooded and the cancellation of many flights in short notice.

The team at House of Travel Upper Riccarton have been busy today making sure our clients are still able to get on their much-anticipated holiday. This means re-routing flight itineraries and contacting airlines in the matter of hours.

The box of chocolates shown here is a gift from a family who were due to fly into Dubai today. One phone call to us, and they were all confirmed and ready to go without having to miss a day on their holiday.
