Concepted, documented and constructed in only 7months. This infill housing project went like clockwork from start to finish. “The Tree House”, nestled into its surrounding, while removed from the existing primary dwelling on site. We became involved with this project early on in its construction with a major change for both our clients to incorporate habitable spaces above both garages. A great transformation and one expertly led by the team at Silverstream Construction!

A Master Builders Award winning home originally constructed in 1997. Extensively renovated in 2022, including a full re-clad and new replacement thermally broken joinery units.

It was important to retain some of the original design features, while bringing the original home into today’s world for our clients who have a young family.

A remodelled kitchen/dining/living space, master bedroom/robe/ensuite were major improvements to the homes ground floor level.

Design and Garden Landscapes undertook the significant re-model of the street frontage, while creating a new space out the back as an all-weather artificial court area, spa and trampoline space.

The upper floor is yet to be re-modelled, as our clients are taking a well earned break 😉

They say getting out of the ground is the hardest part of a project and it sure has been for one of our new commercial projects. Soon the panels and structural steel will be erected and the new building should come to life. A simplistic new building that replaces the old earthquake prone building on this prominent site.
