Castle Bail Bonds quickly captures fugitive from Sidney, Ohio in Hawaii

James Baldwin, 47, of Sidney, was charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of an officer, a third-degree felony, assault, a fourth-degree felony. The Kokua police force was instrumental in bringing Baldwin into custody with assistance from Leland Chapman.
