I am the daughter of an engineer and a home economics teacher, with an eye for detail, a passion for teaching others, and a love for all things domestic and healthy. Since childhood, having fun has meant organizing and decorating, playing in the garden, cooking healthy gourmet meals with family, entertaining friends, art and craft projects, and physical activity. I have a background in education,

and I believe that learning is a lifelong process. I look forward to getting to know you and sharing my wealth of ideas, knowledge, and skills to help you maximize your life experiences. My passion is truly and simply to encourage LIVING WELL, and all that it means to you!

New schedule for June & July! We're now outside on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Mondays and Wednesdays (and days with inclement weather) we'll be at the studio!

It's time to take our workouts outside! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, join me at a new location, just up the street from the studio! The grounds at Indianola Alternative School on Weber road provide a wide variety of spaces perfect for challenging workouts. Studio workouts will continue on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. You can see a detailed schedule in the calendar below. Please take note of the few days when classes will not be held. (Click the picture to view it at full size!)

Our favorite salad ever!! Southwestern chopped salad with creamy avocado cilantro-lime dressing (vegan, gluten-free)
