And, your loving relationship with yourself is not the icing on the cake but rather the main ingredient in creating a successful and satisfying life. I have a special fondness for helping new parents and parents-to-be through all stages of parenting and childbirth. I raised my own child as a young, single parent and I know firsthand the unique and chaotic challenges of balancing life and self while parenting babies through adulthood. It’s back to school time for many students this week including 🥸 Julianne, Katie and Kyria who attended Spinning Babies training. We were excited to spend a day focused on the importance of baby positioning in labor and left blown away with some of the updated information since the last time we (Julianne and Katie) took the training!

And for those of you returning to the rountine of school this week, may the transition be smooth and filled with ease…just like a baby in optimal position for birth. 🥳
