Okaloosa Island Beach Condo Rental at Island Princess

Decorated in beach cottage style, our condo is the on the third floor of Island Princess. We had a kitchen remodel in January 2017 - new granite countertops, blue glass subway tile backsplash, new cabinets. Both bathrooms have new granite counter tops, sinks, faucets and mirrors. Our unit is beach front with views of the gorgeous white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the heated beach front pool

and hot tub. Your rental also includes 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella daily (March - October). Our unit includes a covered assigned parking space. There is no need to worry about keys while you enjoy the beach and pool - we have keyless entry. Our unit is stocked with beach towels and toys, games - everything you need for a great vacation. The master bedroom looks out to the Gulf and is a peaceful oasis in blue and white. There is an attached master bathroom. Bedroom 2 is decorated in a fun and funky beach style. There are twin beds in the bedroom. Both the bedrooms have televisions. The living area looks out to the balcony and beach. There is a large screen tv and blu ray player. We have a library of dvds. The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a large peninsula with 4 stools. There are great restaurants in the area (we discover new ones everytime we visit) and a few are within walking distance. Just down the beach is the pier for fishing
