The enchanting …a cliff formed by an old lava flow, was used by Maui's last ruling chief, King Kahekili, where he would jump off of the rock right into ocean. Every day at sunset, the conch shell blows as a cliff diver lights the torches that stand on the cliff. He then jumps off into the ocean. A soulful ritual.

An ode to Olowalu… if you are admiring the beautiful monkey pod tree-lined road where @leodasmaui and the @olowalugeneralstore sit, you might miss these gems! Straight from the airport, we got our Leoda’s sandwiches and pie to go, and while we waited for our order, we popped into the Olowalu General Market for some more tasty treats! One thing for certain, you will never leave this town hungry! These gems are always a “must visit” more than once!
