Fifth Street Towers is a LEED Gold, Energy Star® certified, two-tower Class A office complex conveniently located at the confluence of bus and light rail transit systems in downtown Minneapolis. The 100 Tower, built in 1984, consists of 25 stories and the 150 Tower, built in 1988, consists of 36 stories. The towers are connected at the base by a graceful atrium lobby with multiple skyway access po

ints, linking the property to all the attractions and conveniences of Minneapolis’ central business district. Each tower exhibits distinctive architectural features, including a horizontal glass and aggregate panel wall and iconic glowing green rings outlining the summits of the two towers. The exterior plaza features granite tiling adorned with original art sculptures and expanses of sustainable perennial landscaping. For convenience, each tower has an underground parking ramp to accommodate over 500 vehicles. Fifth Street Towers is located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, a sophisticated urban destination in a naturally lush setting. Here you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, from the locally eclectic to many world-renowned fine dining options. Those searching for entertainment will want to consider visiting the many world-class theatres and museums, numerous sporting options, an excellent variety of concerts and shopping on the famous Nicollet Mall. Just to the north of Fifth Street Towers is the beautiful Riverfront District, home to a great number of walking and biking trails following the river and offering scenic views; one of the many unique attractions of the city. This large urban campus is always teeming with activity, offering lectures from world-famous faculty and Big 10 sports. Not far from Minneapolis, St. Paul offers its own variety of dining options and venues, such as the Xcel Energy Center and the Science Museum of Minnesota. The greater Twin Cities area can boast of over 300 metro parks, hundreds of miles of bike trails, countless beautiful lakes and an international airport. Of course, many tourists feel a visit is not complete without a trip to the Mall of America, the second largest mall in the country which draws over 40 million people each year. We’re selling discount Minnesota State Fair, Blue Ribbon Bargain Books, and Renaissance Festival tickets for FST tenants in the Zeller Management Office! 🎟️

Pricing:
🎡State Fair General Admission Ticket: $15 ($3 savings!)
📘Blue Ribbon Bargain Book: $5
🤴Renaissance Festival Ticket: $19 ($8.95 savings!)

Tickets will be available Monday - Thursday, 9am - 4:30pm daily while supplies last at the Zeller Management Office. Must be a tenant of Fifth Street Towers to purchase.

The MN State Fair runs August 24 - September 2 and the Renaissance Festival takes place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) August 17 - September 28 (plus Labor Day, 9/2, and Festival Friday, 9/27).

🥁…and the winner of the Fifth Street Towers Cutest Pet Contest is…Froggy! 🐶 🏆

Froggy is a rescue dog that had been mistreated until his owners took him in. His favorite things include: 1. his mom; 2. his dad (or so his dad hopes); and in no particular order: an extra squishy spot on the bed and couch, his “cheese tax,” and a brand-new toy (they need to be very durable because, being a cattle dog, power chewing is the best way he relieves stress). 🦴

Froggy is now the happiest dog you’ll ever meet and he loves new friends! His dad loves to hold him like a little (55lb) baby and is so proud of him and the progress he’s made from some awful things he went through before he found his forever home. Froggy is a happy boy! 🐶

Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue will be bringing foster dogs and pups that are ready for adoption. If you’re not ready to adopt, stop by for an instant pick-me-up by spending some time with their amazing pups!

We’ll also be hosting a puppy supply drive - most needed items include treats (unopened), slip leads with stoppers, Martingale collars, and toys made for heavy chewers. You can also donate to Coco’s heart Dog Rescue through the link in our bio. 🦴
