Closing date today Nov 21, 2023.

This is what the grounds looks like two years after the hurricane it’s actually pathetic for the fees we paid and the $2000 & $5000 special assessments that were assigned. There will be many more special assessments to fix the grounds and another $330 increase in monthly fees to $976 a month.
