After this lovely conversation I did some research and found it was a lot worse than just trying to sell something but just straight ripping people off and never providing what they promised. BBB score of C-. Thought I'd share the info!

Tips for Short term rental owners/hosts.

1. Adding simple amenities such as baby necessities, a play pen, high chair, walker ect means guests can't leave all of that stuff at home. These items can be found for a few dollars at second hand shops and cleaned up nicely. Guaranteed to boost your bookings!

I cannot stress this enough, Bleach is NOT a cleaning product and it is absolutely terrible to use on most surfaces!! Find a peroxide based cleaner, there are many and your clients will thank you!!!

Turning over vacation rentals is a whole different kind of cleaning. It's usually fast paced and very specific to detail.

You do not need experience cleaning, you just need to know how to follow directions, use checklists, and match rooms to photos.
Looking for someone part time who takes pride in a job well done.
Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.

I have 7 properties from NSB to Ormond that turnover anywhere from 1-3 times a week. Hours are 10:30-3:30 give or take. The days will vary but I can give you access to the schedule so you can see what's coming up in the weeks ahead, as well as let me know when you are or are not available. So the flexibility does go both ways.

Looking for a part time assistant taking care of Airbnbs from Ormond to New Smyrna Beach. Everything is provided, but flexibility and reliability are musts! The schedule will be different week to week depending on check in/outs, but I'm willing to be flexible as well. Pay will depend on experience but experience is not necessary. Earliest start time would be 10am and you should be finished by 4pm if not earlier depending on the job.
