Welcome to “Time Out”. Your oasis is awaiting. "Time Out" is spread over a double lot with spectacular ocean views in front, a marsh view in the back, a large private pool, and a new elevator. With public access to the beach steps away, you will be deciding on a day at the beach or to enjoy a pool day, horseshoes, corn hole, our hammocks, fire pit, spa, and our private yard.
You can fish blocks away at the Cherry Grove Pier or watch the sunrise or sunset on your private crow's nest atop "Time Out". This home features a one level floor plan that offers French doors onto the wrap-around deck and a swing as you gaze over the ocean.
Open and spacious, this beach house features hardwood and tile floors. Offering all of the comforts of home, you can dine out at one of the nearby restaurants or prepare meals at home in the modern kitchen featuring a large breakfast bar. For added convenience, the kitchen is further equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Keurig brewing system. An outdoor grill and picnic tables also makes it possible to barbecue or have a family cookout. Vacationing here, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to spend time together. When not on the beach or out fishing, you can pop a DVD in or catch a soccer match on the television. Complementary Wi-Fi is provided as well. And we are pet friendly!
This is the perfect place to escape from the day to day grind. 5 bedrooms ( all with flat-screen LED TV's; 1 king, 2 queens, 2 queens, 2 queens and 1 single ) all conveniently located on a single living level, 4 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower; accommodates fifteen ( 15 ) for sleeping, off-street parking for 8 cars (motorcycle friendly) & great views from every angle. Ceiling fans throughout entire house as well as central air conditioning provide comfort. Too many amenities to list! Wiggle-your-toes-in-the-sand, cozy-up, smell the ocean-air, and relax.
