Port Aransas Management Company is currently seeking a full time Account Representative. CCMS LLC provides professional management and consulting services to Condominiums Associations in the Port Aransas Area. Accurate reporting and consistent professionalism is a key part in what has made CCMS Inc. so successful in its 30+ year history. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Accounts Payable - Process and pay invoices in a timely manner
• Accounts Receivable - Ensure that receivables are collected correctly and promptly.
• Payroll - Prepare checks for employees and contract labor.
• Banking - Data entry for debits and credits in software. Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Clerical - maintain paper and electronic files.
• Financial Statements -
• Tax Reporting - Monthly Employer tac
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit.
• Identify and report variances from the budget and communicate significant issues to supervisor.
• Process Condo owner statements monthly.
• Review and design annual budgets.
• Update and maintain monthly financial statements.
• Draft Board Meeting agendas and prepare meeting packets.
• Create and maintain various databases, data entry as needed.
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars
• Phone and email communications; answer client questions; respond to concerns; receive and distribute messages to the appropriate parties.
• Develop procedure checklists.
• Works with vendors to secure estimates.
• Will require routine weekend work and attendance of scheduled meetings.

Qualifications and Skills
• Must possess professional demeanor with exceptional attendance.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Must deliver quality customer service, demonstrate the ability to effectively problem solve and work in a team friendly environment.
• Aptitude for numbers / figures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Email Applications.

Salary: $14-$18 per hour. Depending on qualifications.

Benefits: Full benefits package Included
Benefits package includes Health Care coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage and a nominal life insurance policy. This coverage package is 100% paid by the employer for the primary employee.
