h non-roll elastic. Why are they such broad size ranges? The elastic allows for quite a bit of give. Why aren't they one size fits all? They are given suggested size ranges because of length. The length of a 0-24 month tu tu will be shorter than a 2T-4T tu tu, etc. Have a specific color range you want? Need something for an event (think white and lace flower girl scrappy tu tu for a shabby chic wedding) or something for a holiday? Babies Don’t Keep
