During a tour of Hidden Falls Hatchery today, Alaska guests were able to stop and admire a group of brown bears fishing for salmon. The number of bears seen at Hidden Falls Hatchery increases throughout the summer as the salmon make their homecoming to spawn.

Our Orbridge representative spent Day 3 in Peru exploring the extraordinary ruins of Machu Picchu. Also known as “The Lost City of the Incas," the ancient city was abandoned by the Inca Empire during the Spanish conquest of Peru in the 16th century. It wasn’t until 400 years later, in 1911, that the city was rediscovered.

Guests on our recent Wolves & Wildlife of Yellowstone program had the opportunity to view an American Pine Marten! While these little creatures have a substantial population within Yellowstone National Park, their nocturnal nature makes seeing them a rare experience.
On the final day of the Iguazú Falls extension, these guests joined the optional Gran Aventura Safari Boat Tour. These adventurous souls took a cruise up the Iguazú River to Devil’s Throat where they took a refreshing shower in the falls.
