Jessica Barbee is the Founder, Owner, & Calligrapher behind Jessica Barbee Calligraphy. Her studio days consist of coffee, music, scrambled cheese eggs (her favorite), and calligraphy; an
d they're coupled with being a mommy to her handsome kid-genius, wife to her best friend, and daughter to the most amazing parents on the planet. After studying Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Washington, working as a Chef’s Apprentice, and working a cubile-confined 9 to 5, Jessica made the life-changing decision to pursue her dream of starting her own business. Past JBC clients have included PANDORA® Jewelry, Germanna Community College, and No Labels Organization in Washington, D.C., among many other prestigious clientele. When she is not working a wedding or event, Jessica adores custom requests that incorporate her calligraphy and she teaches calligraphy workshops at her studio in Stafford, Virginia. Her mission is to design stunning stationery while providing an exceptional experience to each and everyone one of her clients. Jessica prides herself on being a professional and hopes to one day open a small brick and mortar after establishing a well-known name in the wedding and event planning industry.
