We are ready for the 2024 rental season!!!!

One heck of a team and 6 days later… the remodel is done for this year and every inch of the house has been scrubbed!!

1. Bathroom middle floor - complete gut - new tile shower/tub insert
2. Bathroom lower level - facelift/floor/vanity
3. Bathroom 2 lower level - facelift/floor/vanity
4. New stairs and railing into front the house
5. New flooring in the foyer/hallway

Enjoyed lunch and the first half of the Cleveland Browns game at Neptune’s Kitchen And Dive Bar!

Good food, great company - enjoyed good conversation and am happy to hear they plan to stay open year round. Having a bar this close to the house open in the winter may be problematic… 😂

Hi everyone, most of you probably know us already but just in case, I wanted to introduce ourselves!

My name is Rebecca Dalton (I usually run the social media pages). Edward, myself and our 3 boys are from northern Ohio where we farm for a living and I am also a nurse in my spare time. We own Buckeye Waves! Waves, NC is located on Hatteras Island of the outer banks!

What started as annual beach vacations with my entire family, led to the purchase of Buckeye Waves four years ago. We are blessed to be able to use the house a week or two a year ourselves, but the main purpose of the home is for an investment. Buckeye Waves is a weekly rental and managed by a local rental agency with ALOT of help from our friend from Island Time Property Solutions, LLC!
