Chalet Mirabelle is a privately owned chalet conveniently located within a few minutes walk to Samoens village. Situated on the South facing side of the village offering the perfect location for your Winter or Summer stay in this historic village in the heart of the Grand Massif. Detached privately owned chalet with a 4 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 8 people. South facing over looking the histo

ric town of Samoens, part of the Grand Massif ski area. In the Winter the ski bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the chalet, and in the Summer there are walking routes right from the door of the chalet. The chalet is available for rental all year round. In the WINTER the ski bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away, for Spring, Summer or Autumn walking there are marked trails right from the chalet, and with Samoens village with its numerous bar, restaurants and shops you could not be in a more perfect place in this beautiful village.

Its not all about skiing - a Sunday winter walk is always good for the soul!

Summer....Thought it was about time I put a Summer pic up. Its not all about snow and skiing in the Alps. The Summers here are super hot, with the lifts open again for the mountain bikers. More walking/hiking than you can do in your lifetime..rafting, rock climbing, via ferrata, caving, horseriding, parascending. If you haven't been to the Alps for a Summer holiday then you have missed a treat :)

23rd July the Tour de France comes right past our gates, and then up the hill to the Col de Joux Plane. Very exciting. Hopefully Chris Froome will be on his bike and not on foot :)

Well that is it for another year the ski season has ended and the lifts are shut, until 5th July for the Summer walker/bikers. Always feels a bit weird especially when there is plenty of snow still up on the mountains. Time to start on with the myriad of DIY chores again. A big thank you all our lovely guests and visitors this year. Hope to see you all again
