If you want to do something special, try a day trip to Scilly! We had the most amazing family day out. Dolphin spotting off the Scillonian, Wally the walrus spotted off the quay and a bbq on the beach. 🐬

“We cannot recommend The Power family enough. We rented Betty for five days, and was our first chance to properly explore Cornwall, and we couldn’t have done it in better style. I booked the campsites from recommendations on the website, and we tried four campsites in the five nights. It was so easy to pull up and plug in, compared to our usual tenting experience. Betty herself was a dream, we had so many people stop us to admire her. She was fully kitted out for ease, including a full oven and grill. We cooked most nights in the camper, and the family had thought about everything, from cutlery to dustpan and brush. We’re already thinking of dates we can rent her next summer. Huge plus as well, not only is the rate for rent reasonable, her fuel consumption is really low, so more money for cream teas and Cornish cider. Thank you so much, we have recommended you to all our family and friends.

“We had a fabulous 5 days in Betty. The van has everything you need and was a pleasure to drive once we’d got used to it! We had lots of compliments and questions about Betty on our little tour of Cornwall and stayed at some great places. 😊we would highly recommend using the Cornwall Camper Company to hire your VW camper van, it’s a great time. Fab communication with Luke and Amy and the cream tea they left in the fridge for us was a great touch. “

Wheal Coates- fabulous views and some great mining history. A National Trust site which is very reminiscent of a scene from Poldark.
