Our engineers double up as DIY handymen and can help out with most household chores - such as grouting the bath, putting up shelves, or fitting a washing machine or dishwasher. We’re as green as our bikes. What’s unique about Vello is that our engineers whizz around on Brompton bikes, which means we never get stuck in traffic jams and we never have to waste time finding somewhere to park. We fold up our bikes in seconds, before placing them into a protective bag which we leave by your front door. Simple, quick and environmentally-friendly. £60 + VAT per hour for plumbing repairs
£70 + VAT per hour for heating and gas
£90 + VAT per hour for emergencies
Our standard rates of £60 + VAT for plumbing and £70 + VAT for heating and gas repairs apply for all work carried out between Monday and Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you have an emergency, and simply can’t wait, we charge £90 + VAT per hour “out-of-hours” and over the weekend. Any replacement parts are provided at trade price +10% and we will always make sure you agree costs first, to avoid any nasty surprises…
