We dropped into Room2 Chiswick last week where the lovely Jemima Fordham and William Calter gave us a tour of the building and apartments before tucking into some delicious brunch at Winnie's Cafe.

So many thoughtful and impressive sustainable touches that make this "hometel" one-of-a-kind and truly part of the community, like the partnership with local gin distillery "Sipsmiths" to harvesting their own honey on the roof alongside solar panels that provide upto 5% of the building's energy and sourcing handmade custom headboards made locally to using wallpaper from the original walls of the factory that was there before its time.
