Most of the deals you see are from the big multiple chains carefully put together by their marketing departments after reviewing all their customer data. The small shopkeeper doesn’t have a marketing department or customer data but they still need to market themselves. Unless you happen to walk past their shop window or spot their ads in the local paper, you usually wont know what they are offering.
