It has been taken from the field in front of the cottages by Graeme earlier this morning whilst he was doing his morning check of the cattle all before he returned to the tractor & continues with the autumn sowing.

What a beautiful & peaceful view from peniel heugh Nisbet, this morning. This location is only a few minutes drive from the cottages & as you can see has an amazing view of the local area. Located above the river Teviot you can see both the Cheviot & Eildons from here.

Despite this newborn calf having a difficult birth at 8am yesterday morning (he was breech & needed assistance coming into the world) he was up on his feet this morning & headed out to the field with his mum - happy as Larry!!
