Currently, the Soffit boards are being painted on Towan Valley. So there is scaffolding up this week, this will only be on the ones which are being worked on as they move around the site. The scaffolding will not prevent access to the properties. Also, exterior steelwork on the balcony is being painted. Site lighting has been repaired. Some more jobs to do during Feb/Mar we want to make sure we keep everything tip-top condition for this years guests 😊

Hello from the New Owners...
We are so excited to be taking over Porhellik. It has been our dream for a long while to have our own place in Cornwall.

We have been coming to St Agnes and Porthtowan area for many years, first with our parents and later as a family with our own children.
Towan Valley is a great base with easy access to Porthtowan Beach and the rest of what Cornwall has to offer.
Even now that our boys are all grown up they have happy memories of family holidays at Porthtowan and still look forward to coming to Cornwall with us.

Nothing will change with Porhellik we want to retain a high standard of accommodation and comfortable holiday home.
We hope that you will continue to stay at Porhellik and build many happy memories of great holidays in Cornwall Iike we have.
When restrictions change and we are all able to travel again, we look forward to welcoming you.

So, today marks the end of the first chapter of Porhellik's story as I hand over the reigns to new owners. I am sure they will introduce themselves soon and equally sure they are the right people for the house. If you have a booking for this summer, nothing will change.
