Came across this old but interesting article. Apparently women have a higher sensory capacity (as it relates to coffee) than men, that is they can detect more nuances in the aroma. Dear women, I hope your senses are kind to my fragrance, can't wait to get it out there and get y'alls feedback. :)

Do you love how coffee smells?

It's been my favorite note long before I was a perfume collector, and long has the establishment disappointed me with overly bitter or frustratingly light versions of it. So I decided to make my own, and unlike Pure Coffee or O Boticario, it couldn't just have a coffee note hidden away. Coffee had to dominate my fragrance. Right now I'm tantalizingly close to launching said fragrance.

I've made this page for feedback, suggestions and to document my journey of starting a perfume company so others who want to make their own scents can be inspired and informed on how to go about doing it. FYI I'm a college student with no formal education in perfumery. So if I can do it, so can you!
