Spyhopping is one of the behavioural traits performed by an Orca Whale. To witness this behaviour among Orca whale is relatively common in Northern Norway. They say Orca whale performs spy-hopping to examine its surroundings above the surface.

Our Whale watching tours have officially started since the 16th of October and will continue till January/February.

Do you want to be in the shoes of a dog musher?

In the times the temperatures are low enough, but not enough snow, we use quad bikes to training our huskies. 👏😊 Excellent training and lots of fun for our huskies!

As we always say as soon as you see some stars, you have the chance to see the Aurora. 👏😍

Remember the important factors:
1. starry sky
2. solar activity
3. sky gazing

2nd of October on Kvaløya. The clouds tried to spoil the best viewing of the night, after having been absent the whole night, but it was magnificent to see the lights slowly build to then suddenly take off and dance right above us.
