Mt.
(6)

This peak was first mapped and taken photograph of it from the Tibetan side by the British Everest reconnaissance in 1921. Every interested people in mountaineering are well-known that Mt. Makalu (8463m) is the fifth highest mountain Peak on the Earth. Makalu is Situated in the heart of eastern Himalayas albeit just about 14 miles east of Mt. The Massive Mountain with a prominence of 2386m and tak

ing into account surrounding deep valleys like Arun and Barun is somewhat isolated. The valleys, in particularly the Barun valley, are the home of pristine forests and alpine meadows of Nepal. Within this wide range of altitudes and climates, the Makalu-Barun area contains some of the richest and most diverse flora and fauna of Nepal. Diverse ethnic communities of Rai, Sherpa, and Shingsawa (Bhotia) have inhibited the lower parts of these valleys. Due to isolation these communities are economically poor however they represent rich cultural heritage untouched by technology and world cultural influences. They are the custodians of Makalu-Barun unique biological and cultural treasures. Due to its relative inaccessibility, the area is little known to majority of the visitors, however, those who have visited, return home with unforgettable memories of the area and its people. Makalu on their Everest reconnaissance in 1951. The first attempt on Mt. Makalu was in 1954 by a US team from California, who trekked all the way from the Indian border near Biratnagar. At the same time a British team had reached in the summit, but this Makalu Expedition was abandoned when Hillary became seriously ill and had to be evacuated. In the autumn of 1954 a French team attempted the peak. In the following spring, successfully ascents were made by three teams of French climbers on successive days. The Japanese also climbed Mt. Makalu in 1970, another French team climbed it in 1971 and a Yugoslav expedition reached the summit in 1975. Makalu Expedition in Nepal is very adventurous route to climb because on its west face. This Mt. Makalu is a little bit dangerous as well. The 5 attempts were made before climbing this Mt. Makalu then only it was succeeded in the final. The West Face of Mt. Makalu was successfully scaled in 1997. The Russian expedition had taken the route of this West Face led by Sergey Efimov and climbed the top on 21st of May 1997 via the most difficult route. & PEAK for 2022
The Lobuche Peak is the second most popular climbing peak in the Khumbu Region after Island Peak. It too follows the classic Everest Base Camp Trek route up to Gorakshep (5180m).
Starting with a scenic flight into the high altitude airport at Tenzing Hillary airport Lukla, your first trek to Namche Bazaar and Tengboche Monastery.
These locations are well known for their interesting past, locations and, in the case of Tengboche Monastries, stunning views. Still following the Everest Base Camp Trek we reach 5,550 m at Kalapatthar where are marvelous views of Mount Everest and surrounding high peaks. You spend the night at Gorakshep (5,180 m) and explore Everest Base Camp.
Our trail to Lobuche Peak diverts from the regular trekking route. Lobuche Base Camp is at Lobuche Village itself and High Camp is situated at 5,400 m from the sea level.
Highlights of the Adventure:
• The ultimate achievement of summiting Lobuche Peak and that too within a short time frame.
• Unparalleled views of the Khumbu Valley’s giants
• A great introductory expedition into Himalayan climbing
• Relish the grand feeling of being at the lap of the world highest peak- Mt. Everest
• Get acquainted with the unique and warm, hospitable Sherpa people
• Splendid mountain scenery accompanies you all through the journey

14 PEAKS : ;will be released on to over 204 million members in 191 countries and will be translated in 31 different languages 🙌🏽🙏🏽
Two years ago today, I stood on the top of Shishapangma and it was mission complete. I managed to climb all 14 death zone peaks in just 6 months & 6 days.
It was an incredible feeling – and it was a victory for everyone. For everyone that has a dream, for everyone that wants to go above and beyond. I wanted my 14 Peaks Challenge to inspire people with the love of the Big Mountains, but more than that, I want everyone to know that if you set your mind to something you can achieve it - no matter who you are and where you come from.
Hard work, dedication, commitment, experience and humility will get you there. 👊🏽💥
And the truth is, I’m just getting started. There is so much more to achieve. So I'm super excited to announce that my film 14 Peaks: Nothing Is Impossible will be out on on November 29th Worldwide . I’m so excited for this next chapter – thank you for joining me on this adventure! 🙌🏽🙏🏽
Stand by for the next week 🙌🏽🙏🏽
