I’m an Auckland-based trainer, facilitator and coach working with organisations and individuals nationwide and beyond. I have 25 years’ experience in private and public sector customer operations, change management and team development on three continents. I deliver tailored service solutions through leadership training, team workshops, one-on-one coaching, strategic planning, and advisory work. I
work with corporates, SMEs, not-for-profits and local authorities to create positive shifts in engagement and attitude, improve organisational alignment and boost team performance. I also work with individuals from all levels, locations and life stages to provide reflection and direction so that they can harness their energy, focus their thinking and achieve more in work and life. My skills and knowledge have been acquired in industry, on the job and through lifelong learning. After an early career in the performing arts, I went on to start and sell a small business before moving into telecommunications, where I managed a troubleshooting team in Europe and the US and led a large technical helpdesk operation at London’s Heathrow Airport. Since moving to New Zealand, I have developed corporate social responsibility & hardship initiatives in the utility sector, led customer contact centre operations and business improvement sprints for Australasia's largest unitary authority, and delivered career transition support through a local government restructure. I am a graduate of the Coach Inc. coaching programme and subscribe to the International Coach Federation‘s Code of Ethics in my practice. Please call or drop me a line and let me know how I can help you.
