Refurbished modern chalet-style, two-story home with stunning lake and mountain views, located in the heart of beautiful Lake Tekapo.

Only a ten minute walk to the village and Church of the Good Shepherd.

6 guests · 4 bedrooms · 5 beds · 2 bathrooms Sunnyview has four bedrooms on the ground floor, all with panel heaters and electric blankets:

- master with a queen-size bed
- twin with two king-single beds
- one room with king-single bed
- one room which opens via a sliding door off the master room with king-single bed

rs there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with an oven, a cook top, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The open-plan living area is north-facing with a balcony and wonderful views of both the lake and the mountains. A gas fire and a heat pump ensure warmth in the colder weather. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, and gas heating assures instant hot water for showers. For entertainment, there are TVs, each with chromecast, on both levels and a DVD player upstairs. There is unlimited free broadband for your convenience, while children are catered for with board games. There is off-street parking and a BBQ with gas supplied. FREE TEKAPO SPRINGS ENTRY:

Standard Rate is NZ $195 per night for 2 people
Peak Rate is NZ $225 per night for 2 people (includes July Ski Season and Christmas/New Year)

Children 6 yrs and above: NZ$30 per child, per night
Infants under 6: Free
