Park your rental car in the ample off-street parking and be greeted by a large, completely screened in, front lanai which opens into the main living area where you’ll be able to watch the large flat-screen cable television while relaxing on the comfortable sofa-sleeper or chair. Cool tile floors will feel good on the feet that have spent the day on the warm sand beaches a three minute leisure walk from your home. The open concept living area features the living room, kitchen, and dinning area with dining room attached to the open kitchen that has a pass-through breakfast bar perfect to use as a buffet area for dinner guests. The kitchen itself features all new stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, stove, and under cabinet microwave. The extensive cabinets give you plenty of room to store food for your stay, which you can pick up at the nearby grocery store. In the rear of the home is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the back enclosed lanai through glass French doors. The master bathroom includes a shower and a vanity with ample storage space for all your toiletries. Just across the main bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination, is a conveniently stacked washer and dryer closet. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, ceiling fans, side bed tables and lamps, flat screen TV's and both bedrooms have their own back access through their individual French door exits to the oversized back screened in lanai with a view of the backyard above ground pool which is a new addition. It is a 9'x18' rectangular pool featuring custom built stair steps and platform for ease of entering and exiting. The upper level accommodations offers all the same amenities as the ground level with the exception of not being wheelchair accessible. It also sleeps four people comfortably in the two bedrooms but can also accommodate up to six by utilizing the living room sofa sleeper. The two units rent separately at the rates provided below.
