Walt Disney World once again shows why they are the best! Passholder preview at Magic Kingdom was practically perfect in every way! It was different than our last day in Disney in March, but it was Magical! With the reduced capacity we rode EVERY ride that was open and ended the day riding MINE TRAIN 9 times!

Here is a few of the many ways they designed to keep Cast and Guests safe:
- Masks are required and are being worn by all!
- SO much is different but it is done well. Even parking is adjusted by parking every other space, they later go back to fill in every other space. Monorail and ferry boat are loaded with spatial distance.
- They encourage mobile ordering and contact is minimized everywhere. We got a dole whip by mobile order and picked it up within 1 minute!
- Partitions added and spatial distance labels are everywhere (which everyone was followed 99.9%!)
- Even garbage can lids are permanently open so you don’t touch when putting trash away.
- Lots of active cleaning staff!
- Capacity is low! It was easy to avoid people because there were so few (compared to normal operations). Did we mention rides were mostly walk on? No fast passes, no problem!

Walt Disney World parks are opening July 11 with big changes announced. Dining reservations and FastPasses are cancelled and a park reservation will be needed.

It won’t be the same at first, but we can’t wait to make some new magical memories!

Walt Disney World will be much different than what we're accustomed to when it reopens and you need to know what to expect upon your arrival.

Today is Syttende Mai! It is also first bittersweet day of covid quarantine. When we asked our kids what they missed most over the last few months, they immediately said celebrating Syttende Mai in Epcot. We agree! Last year was the most magical day ever in Walt Disney World. Did you know you can and should make restaurant reservations in advance for your next trip to Walt Disney World? Dining reservations for in demand restaurants should be made exactly 180 in advance. But if you miss that window, check again starting 2-7 days in advance since some people have last minute changes and you could get lucky!
