'I’m a repeat guest and once you visit the home and meet Ian & Elizabeth, you’ll understand why. Lovely couple and lovely place and close to beach, shops and restaurants. I just flew back into Naples for cousins 50th party and needed time to unwind-the atmosphere in Ian’s & Elizabeth’s home is very tranquil and inviting, allowing the rest one needs. Highly recommend !'

'The hosts, Ian and Elizabeth, are truly super host. They have a beautiful warm and welcoming home. I felt very much at home. While I had my privacy anytime I wanted, Ian and Elizabeth are available. They are elegant and genuinely friendly people. They are interesting and thoughtful. Staying with them is a positive experience throughout. They are thoughtful and considerate. They provide a wonderful breakfast. They provide beachtowels and beach chairs. No negatives at all. Experience is truly a five-star one.'

Our latest review...
“This couple is the best. Ian and Elizabeth are welcoming and so accommodating. I did not once feel like I was in a strangers home. You walk in and they are there to greet you and show you around. I loved their company and kind demeanor, so personable! They communicated with me to make sure my check in was seamless. The house itself is central to Naples, close to everything! Nothing was more than 5-10 min away! I loved that they had printed up a bunch of suggestions for everything you could think of, it was so helpful. When I was unable to choose I just asked them and they were happy to suggest some of their favorites. I suggest Clam Pass for a beach, they have a lovely 3/4 mile walk through a boardwalk in mangroves. Elizabeth is THE BEST cook. She prepares the most beautiful breakfast set up. It was DELICIOUS! You will not have a better poached egg in your life, I promise you. And THE BEST coffee. The house is so spotless, I felt it was always clean and fresh. The living company that they have is also great, everyone was so nice. I will be back again and again. I cant say anything bad or ask them to improve on anything. I’m so thankful for their hospitality. ❤️”

Jan/Feb/Mar are high season in Naples Fl and it seems like Primrose Cottage is heading for a record number of reservations over the first quarter of 2018. However we have great availability from April onwards.
