Experience the magic of Disney or thrill of Universal because Orlando attractions are only 60-90 min. away, inspire your crew at NASA's Kennedy Space Center and maybe even watch a rocket launch

from the beach! This top floor unit sleeps 6 and has amazing ocean views! Perfect for all families, this condo includes beach cart & toys, cooler, board games and more. Master Bedroom includes both king bed and twin daybed. Second bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunkbed. Master bath includes standard step-in stand-up shower with shower stool. The second bathroom features a standard tub with shower. Full kitchen with appliances, dishes and grill tools. Washer and dryer located in the unit. The bonus room provides more space perfect for sitting and looking at the ocean and storing beach toys and more. Living room overlooks the beautiful beach and pool with amazing views only the top floor has to offer. Living Room has recliner and couch that pulls out into a bed. This amazing condo is located on the 8th floor with 2 elevators to access it. Guests will have access to the seasonally heated pool and 2 parking spots. Condo balcony overlooks both the pool and beautiful no-drive section of the beach. Take advantage of the 27th Avenue Public Park with fully accessible playground within walking distance of the condo! This quaint and charming beach town is not only known for it's sandy white beaches, but also for it's cutting-edge cuisine and nationally recognized arts scene. With the ocean on one side, the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, this cozy city offers the perfect getaway! And while New Smyrna has plenty to offer, our neighbors in Orlando, the Space Coast and St. Augustine have other exciting adventures to offer should you want to make the short drive. We can’t wait for you to experience New Smyrna Beach for yourself. Sunrise Condominiums also features a basketball court, tennis court and shuffleboard (may be under construction). The condominium has just recently undergone a 7 million dollar restoration so the entire outside is practically new! There may be some evidence of lingering construction as final work is being completed. If you require special needs, please contact us before booking to make sure our space will suit your needs.
