Yes we are in and getting settled. Your condo is absolutely beautiful. Of the six years we’ve been coming to Oceanwalk, yours is probably the nicest one we have rented. Everything looks great. Very clean and appears to have everything anyone could ever need. We appreciate how everything is labeled. Please know that we will treat it as if was our own.

Beautiful large 3/2 resort style (recommended by Disney as the beach for the ideal family vacation) family friendly, beachside New Smyrna Beach vacation condo is located across the street for the beautiful NO-DRIVE portion of the beach with pedestrian access to the beach.

This three bedroom and two bath New Smyrna Beach vacation condo is professionally decorated, exceptionally clean, family friendly and reasonably priced. The condo is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, upgraded appliances and quality linens and bedding. Also in the unit is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy this spacious smoke free unit with nearly 1800 square feet of air conditoned comfort and soothing views from your private balcony. The New Smyrna unit features a master bedroom suite with king-size bed, dresser with two night stands,large walk-in closet and its own television. The large master bath has a whirlpool tub, shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with two night stands, dresser and television. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, dresser and television with DVD. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar includes two stools. The living room has a flat screen television. Additional features include movies and games. WIFI is also available in the unit upon request or you can access it from both clubhouses.
