Throughout the home you will find thoughtful and elegant touches with tranquil textures as you view the soothing costal décor that make you feel like it’s your home away from home! Ft. 3 story cottage is well appointed with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1 Powder Room. The downstairs 1st floor offers complete privacy with one Queen guest bedroom, flat screen / Smart TV, full bathroom with walk in shower. Full-size washer and dryer laundry room that is fully stocked. Up the stairs on the second floor you are welcomed in the open spacious living room with luxury chandeliers, a 25’ custom built shiplap gas fireplace, large 70” motorized flatscreen TV, plush recliners, chairs and a lush large sofa. The living room invites a large group to enjoy the relaxation and warmth of this home away from home. If you like to entertain outside, then relax and spend a while on your private terrace. Kick your feet up on your fully furnished open terrace all framed by the expansive Gulf, the ocean breeze and ocean views. Everyone can relax under the strung lights and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. The open concept fully-equipped kitchen has all new appliances, reverse Osmosoes water System, Water Softener system, a morning coffee bar and dining room. The dining seats 12, 8 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. There are charging stations throughout and a a powder room for guests. The 2nd floor also offers a plush King size bed master suite, a dressing room closet, flat screen / Smart TV and charging stations. Continue on to the elegant private en-suite bathroom fit for a celebrity. It has a large deep soaking tub with a walk-in shower with modern rain shower head. The His and Her sinks are accessorize with two modern touch LED lighted makeup mirrors. The 3rd floor you will find two more guest bedrooms and one full size guest bathroom. One bedroom has two queen lush beds, a nook for reading, flat screen/ Smart TV, and direct access to the ensuite bath with shower. A bunk room with 6 bunks ( 6 twin beds ) charging stations and port hole lighting in each bunk, a huge walk-in closet with tons of storage for 6 guests and a flat screen/ Smart TV. Third floor had a swanky fully furnished large open terrace. This terrace has so many Instagram worthy spots for pictures. It’s clean, bright, cheerful and adorn with strung lights, bohemian egg chairs. a full size bed swing where you can have memorable conversation while feeling the cool ocean breeze. This floor has the best panoramic views of the entire town, the Gulf Ocean. You have full access to the SandHill private pool, palapa’s and pool pavilion. This newly renovated Pool, whirlpool bath, bathrooms and outdoor grills are just a few steps from the house. The house will comfortably accomodate up to 12 guests, while providing ample parking for your favorite people. You will have 2 assigned parking spots in front of the home. Guests will have access to the 2-car garage for parking. The garage will hold two (2) small or mid-size vehicles only or one small There is a large gas grill on the first floor where you can cook outside.
