If you spot Boots, be sure and call in so he can be returned safely!

Boots the American Alligator is on an adventure through Port A 🐊

Boots is a local favorite here in Port Aransas. He has lived at the Leonabelle Birding Center for about 15 years. As of late, he has been exploring more of the island. The Port Aransas Nature Preserve has a three-step plan to return Boots to his home safely on his terms. If you see Boots around town, remember to give him a wide birth, do not feed him, and do not disturb him.

Fishing in Port A is the best! Thanks to Port A Outfitters for hooking up these two boys who love to fish!

Located on Cotter Ave in town and open Monday -Friday. Be sure to check them out for any bait and tackle or any fishing needs you may have!
