So, I had theses giant cotton swabs , I think they’re used for detaining/cleaning automotive…but all I could see was a snowman face 😊. In the next few evenings this choir of snowmen will most likely become ornaments…I want them to be sledding…not sure how that’s going to turn out. 🤓 stay tuned

Theses little pocket zip pouches were part of my weekend projects. They are still inprogress but getting close…the pockets on both sides are functional as well as the zipper section in between. A lot of function per square inch!

Inspired by a cute little leather string purse from my stash that I have admired for years. Today’s the day it inspires me to crate a MyRedesigned version. 🤓. Out of the sewing room mess arises this Jeans-string-bag. A bit larger to hold phone and wallet.

I saw this old vacuum under a flatbed tuck at a swapmeet. So heavy, house cleaning was a huge work out back in the day. I loved the color. Declaring I’d make a lamp out of it. I had to buy it🩵
There were design problems to solve ,which I love, but the handle being wood worked in my favor. We use this lamp everyday in our family room. It makes me smile every time I flip the switch on the cord.

Use vintage items in unusual ways all around the house. Sometimes I buy things and I know exactly what to do with them. My sweet neighbor Sarah gave me the idea to use a vintage glass rectangle dish, probably originally for food service, as a tray for my dish washing supplies. It’s perfect. No mire soap residue running all over the countertop.

Vintage bread pans and the crates that we love were redesigned to crate this beautiful storage cabinet. The patina makes it perfect!
I love to get organized. Whether it’s in my kitchen or craft room Having storage so everything is in its place makes me happy. Not to mention more efficient ♥️
I’ve made two version of this efficient beauty for this weeks sale.
