We are hearing that since El Niño is working it’s way back into the ocean cycles, the Hurricane season(s) upcoming should not be as devastating as last year!!

Cleanup and repairs have been completed at our condo complex and inside our unit! Our beach stairs are rebuilt and open for use from our piol deck to the soft sands of the No Drive beach! Openings exist Sep-Dec, 2023 and most of 2024 except for Feb and Mar!! Fly in from the cold northern states and warm up in Florida or cruise over from Inland for a week or longer right on the ocean! Work from home with the waves outside on the balcony! Our internet is fast enough to stream or upload!! Book through our Vrbo listing only!! We look forward to hosting you! 🏖️

Merry Christmas everyone in chilly and cold weather places……Florida will join the hard freeze warning states as it will dip to as low as 23 for 4 days! After that y’all can come down and join us to warm your bones while the nation thaws! Be safe, be kind and be well!

Nicole did not play nice in New Smyrna Beach, but Ocean Whispers at Castle Reef is in good shape. We have repairs to make to our pool deck, corners of our sea wall and to rebuild our stairs to the beach but our unit is open and 100% sound! The city is also open but public access ramps need replacements and repairs! Stay tuned for updates in a couple of weeks!
